Andy Lee shares the opinion of many boxers, including Shannon Briggs, that Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs) will benefit from postponing of his fight against Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) from July 24 to October 9.

“I think Wilder will benefit from this, as he will train longer with Malik Scott and he will have more time for physical and mental preparation. For him, a psychological attitude is a key,” said the assistant coach of the King of the Gypsies.

Bookmakers, however, see no benefit for the Bronze Bomber in this situation. After the date of the fight for the WBC heavyweight title was changed, the odds remained practically unchanged at 1.3 for Fury and 3.5 for Wilder.
