Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov commented on the victory of his friend Islam Makhachev over Thiago Moises during the UFC on ESPN 26 show.
“It was a great job, Brother Islam. Go ahead. One more fight this year - and it will be just a space environment. In this photo, many are missing, the whole team did a phenomenal job, and, of course, Islam Makhachev himself should be noted, who followed all the instructions both inside the cage and outside during preparation,” the Russian wrote on Instagram.
Makhachev defeated Moises with a choke hold in the fourth round.
