Lewis: Miocic got his head off, he won't be the same again

Top American UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis expressed his opinion that the former champion Stipe Miocic will not return to its former level after being defeated by Francis Ngannou.

“This defeat could be a sunset for Stipe. His head was beaten off, he missed too many blows. I don’t think he will be able to return to the previous level,” Lewis said on The Schmo show.

Lewis himself is likely to become the next opponent of the reigning champion Francis Ngannou. Earlier, UFC President Dana White said that this fight could take place at the end of summer.
