Bob Arum is sure that even if Deontay Wilder's (42-1-1, 41 KOs) team wanted to interfere with Tyson Fury's (30-0-1, 21 KOs) performance in December in the UK, in fact they could not do anything about this occasion. The Gypsy King's promoter is of the opinion that the Bronze Bomber has formally lost the right to fight Fury for a third time.

"They have no legal basis [to block Fury]," the Top Rank chief said. "Will they sue? They are welcome. Perhaps some will say that the time window for the trilogy was too small, but that's because they wanted it - they thought they would win the rematch and get out of the troubles with the third fight. We didn’t insist for such a short period.”

“Under this contract, we have every right to fight [in December]. This is not even discussed! Fury didn't even have to wait for December because the contract expired in October,” Arum said.

Tyson Fury is set to return to the ring on December 5th at the Frank Warren's Night in London. At the moment, Agit Kabayel (20-0, 13 KOs) is most often mentioned as a potential opponent for the Briton.
