Tom Leffler believes that 44-year-old Wladimir Klitschko could return to the ring and reclaim the title of the heavyweight champion. The former promoter of the Ukrainian, however, emphasizes that he does not know if Doctor Steel Hammer will ever decide to hold an official fight as a pro again.

“Wladimir is still in great shape as for someone who is no longer a professional athlete,” Loeffler told The Ring. "He trains all the time, does cardio, his body looks almost the same as when he defended his championship belts."

“If anyone can return at that age and still compete at the championship level, it is Wladimir. I would really like to see him in the ring, but it's up to him to decide,” Klitschko's former business partner said.

Wladimir Klitschko had his last fight in April 2017, losing to Anthony Joshua. In his previous performance the Ukrainian lost on points to Tyson Fury.
