Frank Warren, promoter of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs), cools the hot head of Dillian Whyte (27-1, 18 KOs), who, as a mandatory challenger, demands his chance for a champion fight.

The Body snatcher is afraid that his duel for the belt will be postponed for many months when the topic of organizing a unifying duel of Fury and WBA, WBO and IBF champion Anthony Joshua (23-1, 21 KOs) appears again. As Warren stated in his interview to the Daily Star, Whyte’s concerns are well-founded.

“Dillian Whyte has been talking very openly lately about his meeting against Fury, but unfortunately he will have to wait,” said the promoter of the Gypsy King.

“At the moment, all sports are stopped by coronavirus. Fury is waiting, Joshua is waiting, Wilder is waiting, and Pulev too. Fury will eventually fight Whyte, but first it will be Wilder, then Joshua,” Frank Warren said.
