Holmes: Tyson and Holyfield are able to fight at top 10 level

Larry Holmes considers the third fight of Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield a good idea. Two former world heavyweight champions recently returned to the boxing gym to host exhibition fights.

“If they want so, I will not dissuade them,” the famous champion said. Holmes believes that the winner of the Tyson vs Holyfield standoff can get a chance at a real fight with an active opponent from the top 10.

“If they perform well, they may run into one of the top 10,” says Holmes, who sees Holyfield as a favorite of a possible confrontation of the old champions. "Evander knows Tyson well, he fought him and defeated him. So Mike has cause for concern, these things will be in his head.”
