Negotiations are ongoing to organize a four-belt heavyweight unification meeting of WBC champion Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) and WBA, WBO and IBF champion Anthony Joshua (23-1, 21 KOs). This was reported by Mark Kriegel from ESPN. The battle can take place in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere on the Arabian Peninsula.

Currently, the MTK, that representing the interests of the “Gypsy King”, is negotiating with local promoters on this issue, but it is obvious that the financial proposal that could make this project a reality should be large enough to satisfy Deontay Wilder (42-1 -1, 41 KOs) and seduce him to temporarily give up revenge ideas against Tyson Fury.

At the moment, Bronze Bomber adviser Shelly Finkel says the following: “As far as I know, Wilder will face Fury in his next fight.” This, however, does not exclude the fact that the Briton in the meantime may meet with someone else, especially since the giant from Alabama is currently recovering from biceps surgery.

Champions promoters Bob Arum and Eddie Hearn are cautiously commenting on the matter, all the more so as they are negotiating the organization of a fight of Joshua and Kubrat Pulev.

“If the money is right, then I can fight even in Timbuktu. I have a suitcase, I can travel,” Tyson Fury commented on the talks.
