UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov posted a text on his Instagram in which he called himself the dominant champion of recent years.

“Exactly four years ago, having won 6 fights in a row, I was very close to the belt. But then I got a very serious knee injury, and the fighter I throw in this video became the champion, then I got another knee injury during the return, then a rib fracture, due which I could only return after two years.

But what happened after the return is already history, a history that will be remembered as the most dominant four years in the history of UFC. No one can argue with these facts, some people like it,  someone don't, but, interestingly, we will continue to move on.”
