Alvarez and Golovkin agree on the third fight in September

Gennady Golovkin vs Saul Alvarez

According to "Athletic" teams of Saul Alvarez (53-1-2, 36 KOs) and Gennady Golovkin (40-1-1, 35 KOs) has reached an agreement on closing their boxing trilogy.

The third confrontation of Canelo and GGG will be held on September 12th at the football stadium of Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas. It is yet unknown if the fight to be held in the middleweight or super middleweight division.

Prior to that, Alvarez will have to meet Billy Joe Saunders and Golovkin will face Kamil Szeremeta on June 6th. However, due to the pandemic coronavirus both duels are still in question.
