Lebedev announces his "final" retirement

Thabiso Mchunu vs Denis Lebedev

Denis Lebedev (32-3, 23 KOs) said that he finally ended his professional career, during which he won WBA and IBF cruiserweight belts.

40-year old Russian first said goodbye to the sport this July, but decided to return to the ring in December in the bout against Thabiso Mchunu.

Lebedev lost to Mchunu on points. After the defeat Denis said that he was no longer going to fight as a pro, though still gave himself time to make a final decision. Today he announced that decision.
