Wilder and Ortiz at the final press conference

Deontay Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs) and  Luis Ortiz (31-1, 26 KOs) met at the final press conference before Saturday's fight for the WBC heavyweight title. The bout will become the main event of the evening in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand arena, and in the United States it will take place at the paid broadcast on FOX Sports as part of the evening of Prime boxing Champions (PBC). At the moment Wilder is the longest reigning world champion.

Under the same evening the world champion in three different weight classes Leo Santa Cruz will meet Miguel Flores in the battle for the vacant WBA super featherweight title.

The main battles will begin at 9 pm ET.
