Povetkin wants to face Tyson Fury

After yesterday's victory over Hughie Fury Alexander Povetkin (35-2, 24 KOs) said he now wants to meet Tyson Fury (28-0-1, 20 KOs), the eldest cousin of his Saturday opponent.

"I would love to fight Tyson Fury. There was a lot of talk about the fact that I do not want to meet him, but I'm interested in this fight and I'm ready for it! I hope to meet him in the ring in my next fight," said the Russian.

Tyson Fury returns to the ring on September 14 in a fight against Otto Wallin (20-0, 13 KOs). The Briton said earlier that his team allegedly made an offer to Povetkin, but he refused it.
