Jimi Manuwa announces retirement

Jimi Manuwa, light heavyweight in the UFC roster, announced his retirement today.

"... It's time to close this chapter and move on to the next. I feel, I know that there is life after fighting. Thanks to Dana White and UFC for allowing me to demonstrate all my skills. I thank all my coaches and teammates..." wrote Manuwa in his Instagram.

In his last fight Manuwa was knocked out by Alexander Rakic. The fight took place at UFC Fight Night 153.
