Wilder and Ortiz signs contracts for the rematch

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs) has confirmed in social networks, that his next opponent will be Luis Ortiz (31-1, 26 KOs). The bout will likely take place on September 28th in Los Angeles.

"I would like to inform you that we have signed contracts with Luis Ortiz and carry out revenge. Date and place of the fight will be announced shortly. All my controversial battles must be resolved as soon as possible", said Wilder.

The second meeting of Wilder and Ortiz will be shown in the United States on Showtime channel in Pay-Per-View system. Last March the American defeated the Cuban by TKO.
