At UFC on ESPN+10 Kevin Lee lost by a rear naked choke in the fourth round to Rafael Dos Santos. After the fight he recorded a video message in which commented on his failure:
"I do not know what happened. I thought I did everything right before the fight. I tried to eliminate everything that distracted me, that I did not like. I swear, I felt that everything goes as it should be. All this is something like the highest highs and the lowest lows. It makes you what you believe. But, I went through a lot in my life, and I will break through this time also."
It should be noted that this defeat was the second in a row for Lee. Prior to that, he lost a unanimous decision to Al Iaquinta.
