Before the fight between WBA and WBO lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko and Anthony Crolla, the mandatory contender for the WBA title, there are less than six weeks. Lomachenko spends his training camp in Oxnard, California, actively preparing for the upcoming fight, and shares his workdays with subscribers on his Instagram page.
"The camp is in full swing," signed his photos Lomachenko.
“I cannot wait for the fight. For the sake of such fights, I worked my entire career. Many people say that I have nothing to lose, but I am focused on success. I am doing so that the fans could see the best Crolla in the ring. Preparing for a fight with Lomachenko is very difficult, but he is an unusual boxer. He is so good that even when he makes mistakes, he is not punished for it. Such a thing cannot be learned, and this is the uniqueness of the Ukrainian,” Crolla shared his expectations from the battle.
Promoter Eddie Hearn, representing the interests of Crolla, said that the purse for the fight with Lomachenko will be the biggest in Anthony’s career.
The fight between Lomachenko and Crolla will take place on April 12 in Los Angeles at the Staples Center arena.
