Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs) and Jarrell Miller (23-0-1, 20 KOs) have agreed on terms for the battle for the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles. The fight will take place on June 1 in New York. The meeting between Joshua and Miller will be officially confirmed next week.
There is a possibility that the fight may be postponed a week in advance if the organizers have problems with booking Madison Square Garden.
For Joshua, this will be the first performance in front of an American audience. All his battles so far occurred in the UK. In the US, the fight will be show by the DAZN platform.
For Miller, this will be the first opportunity in his career to challenge championship title. In the last two professional fights, the American defeated Bogdan Dinu and Tomasz Adamek.
