Egis Klimas, manager of WBA and WBO world champion Vasyl Lomachenko (12-1, 9 KOs), said that Anthony Crolla (34-6-3, 13 KOs) could become the next opponent for the Ukrainian: “At the moment we are not negotiating the transition to other weight. Our task is to dominate the lightweights.”
“The next fight of Lomachenko will be either another unification or a meeting with the mandatory challenger, who is Anthony Crolla. I think next year Vasyl will have at least three fights,” Klimas said.
