Floyd Mayweather Jr. did not get in touch with the leadership of UFC, so you should not pay attention to the talks about the possible fight with the lightweight champion of the organization Khabib Nurmagomedov. This was stated by the head of the UFC Dana White.

Earlier, Mayweather and Nurmagomedov exchanged notes on social networks regarding the possibility of a fight.

“Do not pay attention to this,” said White. “Firstly, the Mayweather team didn’t apply to us at all. Secondly, Khabib is on a contract with UFC. Floyd is very good at making people talk about himself.”

On October 7, Nurmagomedov defeated Conor MacGregor and defended his UFC title. In total, he has 27 victories in 27 fights. Mayweather has 50 victories in 50 fights, which until recently was a record. He was a champion in five weight categories. In the last boxing match, the American beat McGregor by TKO.
