American Tony Ferguson may become the next opponent for the UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. This was stated by the coach and father of the fighter Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov. “I think we now need Ferguson to be enviable,” said Abdulmanap.

At the moment Nurmagomedov occupies the second place in the UFC P4P rating. On Saturday in Las Vegas Nurmagomedov beat in the fourth round the Irishman Conor MacGregor with a choke and defended his title.

After the fight, there was a melee between the teams of Nurmagomedov and MacGregor. At the moment, the Nevada State Athletic Commission is investigating the incident and has so far withdrawn Nurmagomedov’s purse.
