Khan and Vargas make weight

Former super lightweight champion Amir Khan had to stand on the scales without clothes to make a 147-pound welterweight limit in the official weigh-in procedure on the eve of the September 8 fight against Samuel Vargas, who showed 146 pounds. Their 12-round welterweight bout will be the main event of the evening in Birmingham, UK.
