Klimas wants Usyk to meet Ward

Egis Klimas, manager of Alexander Usyk (15-0, 11 KOs), said that the Ukrainian is not going to rush with the transition to the heavyweights. The undisputed cruiserweight champion can have two more battles within the 200 pound limit the nearest future.

"We heard that Andre Ward returns to the ring and wants to try himself in the cruiserweight division. If so, we are ready to immediately agree to such a fight," said Klimas.

Ward finished his career last September. In the professional ring, he won titles in the super middleweight and light heavyweight categories. Currently, the American is busy commenting on the boxing on the ESPN channel.
