Cormier knocks Miocic out in the first

At the show UFC 226 in Las Vegas in the main event the owner of the title in the light heavyweight division Daniel Cormier knocked out the heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic in the first round.

Miocic started a fight more successfully, striking his opponent with blows from the distance. Stipe had an advantage in speed and looked better in clinching. Toward the middle of the round, the course of the battle leveled and Cormier began to deliver punches. In one episode Daniel managed to send his opponent down and with a few finishing punches put an end to this fight, forever inscribing his name in the history of mixed martial arts.

Thus, Daniel Cormier was the first fighter in the history of the UFC, which combined in his hands the titles in the heavyweight and light heavyweight divisions.
