American heavyweight Derrick Lewis shared his expectations from a fight with Francis Ngannou on July 7 at UFC 226 in Las Vegas, USA.
"A possible victory over Ngannou will not be a great achievement - he was just lucky that he rose so high. Look at the fighters, whom he defeated - from Overeem and Orlovsky, the glass jaws. He did not meet with strong fighters, for example, like Mark Hunt. He beat only the old ones at their careers declining.
"I do not think that our fight will go the entire distance - the maximum it will last until the middle of the second five-minute period. You never know for sure, but I will not try to transfer the fight to the ground, I guarantee it," Lewis said on the air of The MMA Hour.
