Duva: Kovalev-Brown contract isn't signed yet

The contract for the fight of WBO light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev and unbeaten American Markus Brown has not been signed yet, but the Russian boxer's team expects this fight to take place in the summer, promoter Katie Duva says.

"The contract is not signed yet, but we expect that the battle between Kovalev and Brown will take place this summer. Date and place are not determined yet," Duva said.

Earlier, another Russian WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol performed on the undercard of Kovalev's last fight. "I do not know who will be Bivol's rival. We hope that he will probably box in the same show," Duva added.
