Usyk: I would like to meet Joshua sometime in future

WBO cruiserweight champion Alexander Usyk at a meeting with media in Kiev, Ukraine, before departure to Riga, Latvia, said that he would like to try his luck in the future against heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

"Regarding the rival, whom I would like to box, Anthony Joshua comes to my mind. He is a very skilled fighter, physically gifted and content. For heavyweight he is quite mobile and has a large arsenal," said Usyk.

January 27 in the Latvian capital, Usyk will meet WBC champion Mairis Briedis in the semifinal of the World Boxing Super Series. In Ukraine, this fight will be on Inter TV channel.
