Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux on December 9

Top Rank officially announced that two two-time Olympic champions - Vasily Lomachenko (9-1, 7 KO) and Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KOs) will meet on December 9 in New York. The fight will take place at Madison Square Garden and be broadcasted on ESPN.

For this fight Rigondeaux who owns WBA super bantamweight title will rise in two weight categories in the super featherweight division. Lomachenko’s WBO super featherweight title will be at the stake of the fight.
