Henderson tells how Pereira can be beaten

Famed American mixed martial arts veteran Dan Henderson revealed what strategy he would choose for a bout with UFC bantamweight champion Alex Pereira.

"If I had to fight him, I'd definitely work on getting into the clinch with a kickdown and seriously wearing him down before getting up and just fighting him in the standup. Obviously, I like to get in the clinch to throw punches from there and work my opponent's body, so that would be part of our fight plan as well.

My recommendation to Alex is that that's the aspect that he really needs to work on. If he can defend against clinch attempts, he's probably going to be a lot harder to beat," Henderson said on his YouTube channel.

Recall, on April 13 at UFC 300 in Las Vegas, USA Pereira will make a title defense against Jamal Hill.
