Allen responded to Vettori's criticism by saying, "Be a man"

Brendan Allen responded to Marvin Vettori, who criticized his win over Chris Curtis.

"I don't need Vettori anymore. This guy can't even come out to fight me, he doesn't want to fight. We could have met in the octagon tonight, we could have fought in Miami, but you pulled out of the fight and now you decide to open your mouth? At the end of the day, I'm a man. You wrote that you were gonna kick my ass when we met. But we met, and the only thing you said was, "What's up, man?" I didn't say a word to you. You asked: "Why are you looking at me like that?" I set my bag down to walk up to you, but you stood behind someone else's back. He only wants to do something when it's in front of people, so I don't care. Be a man, take responsibility for what you say. I was preparing for Vettori, but instead I got the more technical Curtis, who knocks out his opponents. Who did Marvin knock out? You don't belong here. Say whatever you want, we don't care about you."
