Pavlovic: "There will be no fight with Volkov"

Former UFC interim heavyweight title challenger Sergei Pavlovic said he has no plans to fight Alexander Volkov, despite the bout being announced by promotion head Dana White.

"There will be no fight against Sasha from my side and I think there will be a waiver from his side as well. Now our agents have to settle everything. We did not negotiate anything and the UFC originally knew that we will fight in the event that it will be a fight for the title and no other way," - quoted Pavlovic "Impact News".

As a reminder, it was announced last week that Pavlovic and Volkov will share the octagon on June 22 at the UFC on ABC 6 event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
