Artur Beterbiev, WBC, WBO, IBF light heavyweight champion of the world, talked about his daily routine.
"Even when I was studying at the Olympic Reserve School, I developed a certain daily routine, which I try to follow now. My working day starts at 7:00. This is how I have been training for many years. Then a solid breakfast, a little rest, lunch, a second training session, dinner and a quiet evening. That's how normal weekdays go. Now, because of Ramadan, the daily routine has changed a bit, but one thing always remains the same - every morning at 7:00 I enter the gym and start working. As you can see, it's nothing special.
Beterbiev will fight Dmitry Bivol on June 1.
