St. Denis: "I'll be back to get a rematch with Puryear."

French UFC lightweight fighter Benoit Saint-Denis has spoken out about his loss in his fight against former interim division champion Dustin Puryear.

"I fought Porier while being completely dehydrated. I'm very disappointed with the defeat, but I would have been more disappointed if I had turned down the opportunity. My goal is to get back in the gym and fix some details that can't be neglected. Now I will never again let you doubt yourself.

God tests us in many ways, I am blessed to be surrounded and supported by good people. I will be back to show you my progress in the next fights and then earn a rematch with the Louisianan," wrote the Frenchman on Instagram.

Recall that on March 9 at UFC 299 Puryear knocked out Saint-Denis in the second round.
