Volkanovski gave O'Malley some advice.

Alex Volkanovski, former UFC featherweight champion, reacted to the challenge that the promotion's flyweight champion Sean O'Malley issued to new featherweight champion Elijah Topuria.

"O'Malley challenged Topuria? Again, I'm resting now, but I'm going to fight Elijah later this year. I know I'll be fighting for the title next time. If Sean is going to have time to fight him, I advise you to do it soon, because I'm next," said Volkanovski on his YouTube channel.

Recall, Sean O'Malley after a confident victory over Marlon Vera appealed to UFC CEO Dana White with a request, "book a plane to Spain." Sean stated his desire to fight with Topuria in his homeland.
