Kucelaba believes that Ian is still capable of much more

"I believe that Petr is still capable of a lot more. He's a good guy, a good fighter and has proven a lot. Everything happens in our sport. Guys can lose several times in a row and then become champions again. There's nothing wrong with that. In our work, the best doesn't always win.
