MMA legend from Kazakhstan gave advice to Rakhmonov and Almabayev

Arman Ospanov, a celebrated Kazakh mixed martial arts fighter, told what spoils young MMA fighters from Kazakhstan and also gave them advice.

"We Kazakhs have a lot of weddings, toi, you have to go everywhere in Kazakhstan, it spoils athletes, I went through it. Shavkat Rakhmonov and Asu Almabayev I will say that you need to focus on training and mood. And then, I think, everything will be clear," Ospanov said.

Earlier, Ospanov spoke out about the possibility of Shavkat Rakhmonov winning the UFC welterweight championship belt in the current calendar year:

"Maybe he's resting at the moment. He says whoever the UFC gives him, that's who he'll fight," Ospanov said.
