Blades is ready for a rematch with Aspinall

UFC heavyweightCurtis Blades has stated his desire for a rematch with the organization's interim featherweight champion Tom Aspinall.

"Our second fight is possible, but it's not like I'm looking forward to it. I'm focused on other things right now. If the opportunity comes up again - I'd love it. Tom probably realizes himself that he and I have unfinished business. He and I never really got into a fight. Yes, it was a win for me and a loss for him, but we both realize that a rematch would not hurt," Blades said in an interview with MMA Hour.

As a reminder, the fight between Aspinall and Blades took place in July 2022, and then Tom lost by TKO after hurting his knee early in the fight.
