UFC lightweightMichael Chandler remains confident that his fight with the promotion's former two-weight champion Conor McGregor will happen.
"First of all, I would advise anyone who thinks I'm wasting my time to worry about myself. Secondly, I realize at the end of the day I'm doing what I have to do. Obviously you know this isn't carved in stone, but no fight is ever carved in stone until the contract is signed. And frankly, nothing is carved in stone until you walk into the octagon, the door closes and then Bruce Buffer announces your name. The UFC has never changed direction, never offered me another opponent...," Chandler stated.
