Merab Dvalishvili, top fighter in the UFC bantamweight division, commented on his victory over Henry Cejudo.
“All my life, nothing has come easy to me. I work for it. Hard work always pays off. I fight in the gym every day. Where is the champion? Bring him here right now. Whoever becomes champion, I'm going to face him next. I've been calling Sean O'Malley since 2018. Now my only goal is the title,” said the Georgian fighter.
The confrontation between Dvalishvili and Cejudo took place this morning as part of UFC 298 and ended with Merab winning by unanimous decision.
Let us remind you that earlier Dana White stated that Dvalishvili, after defeating Cejudo, became an official contender for the championship fight.
