Sonnen: “Poirier is an outsider in the fight with Saint-Denis, this is a glaring mistake”

Famous former mixed martial arts fighter Chael Sonnen does not hide the fact that he is surprised by the bookmakers’ odds for the upcoming fight in the UFC lightweight division between Dustin Poirier And Benoit Saint Denis.

“Poirier is the underdog in this fight, which is a colossal mistake. There is no excuse for anyone who put out such a line. They'll have to hope they're right, because there's nothing in the numbers to justify such odds. This is based only on the fact that Saint-Denis won the last fight and Poirier lost,” MMA News quotes Sonnen.

Let us remind you that the fight between the American and the Frenchman will be the co-main event of the UC 299 tournament, which will take place on March 9 in Miami, USA.
