Krasyuk told in what case the fight between Usik and Fury will not take place

Alexander Krasyuk, promoter of the WBA, WBO and IBF world heavyweight champion Alexandra Usika, believes that his client will never meet in the ring with the owner of the WBC belt Tyson Fury, if their fight, scheduled for March 18 in Riyadh, falls through.

“If there is no fight on May 18, I think there won’t be one at all. I already talked about this before the April 29th fight fell through last year. Then I stated that if the boxers did not meet on May 29, then the fight would never happen due to problems with the IBF.

The Alalshikh Turks and the guys from Saudi Arabia extended this period, but it is limited. Therefore, May 18 is the deadline for the fight for the title of absolute champion,” Krasyuk said in an interview with the Boxing News YouTube channel.
