O'Malley wants Cannonier to fight for the title in his next fight

Sean O'Malley, UFC bantamweight champion, spoke about the title prospects of his compatriot, UFC middleweight Jared Cannonier. According to Sean, Jared should fight for the title in his next fight.

“Jared wants to fight Chimaev in his next fight, I like that idea. Cannonier needs a big fight, he deserves it. Jared is very scary. But I don’t think he needs to fight Khamzat. He should immediately fight the champion, Du Plessis. He beat Strickland, he had a very close fight with Adesanya."
