Covington has no plans to retire

Colby Covington, a repeated contender for the UFC welterweight champion belt, announced that he does not plan to end his fighting career and still wants to win the championship belt.

“I'm a welterweight rescuer. I am a champion. I am the greatest fighter in this division. I am the King of Miami, America's Champion. I am the people's champion and Donald Trump's favorite fighter. Every time I step into the Octagon, I fight for the title. I’m ready to fight anyone the UFC puts against me. I need this title more than my breath, more than my life. “I’m in the prime of my life, and I didn’t take any damage in my last fight with Edwards...” Covington said.
