Famous promoter Eddie Hearn reacted to the information that Jai Opetaya During sparring, he dropped the WBC heavyweight champion onto the flooring of the ring. Tyson Fury. Eddie called this information complete nonsense.

“As I see it, this information is complete nonsense. That's what people from Jai's team told me. There are always a lot of people at sparring sessions. So I think if there was, I would have heard about it. They spent 4 or 5 rounds of sparring, after which Opetaja returned to his camp. Yes, Jai, I’m sure, boxed as always - he wanted to tear Tyson’s head off. But these rumors are complete nonsense.”

Let us remind you that Opetaya flew to Fury’s camp to help him prepare for his fight against Alexander Usik. However, just a few days later, Jai left the camp.
