Well-known insider Ariel Helwani recently reported that the event previously scheduled for March 2 in Riyadh is being postponed to June because the promotion does not have time to create a strong enough fight card for the beginning of spring.
The head of Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Entertainment, Turki Al Al-Sheikh, issued a press release on Wednesday confirming the show's postponement and the new date. The statement said: “The decision to reschedule was made to ensure the participation of the highest caliber of talent.”
It is worth adding that at the moment it is unknown which fighters will take part in the planned show.
