Former world super middleweight champion Callum Smith once again spoke about an early defeat from the holder of the WBC, WBO and IBF belts in a division higher Artur Beterbiev.
“To be honest, I didn’t even watch the entire fight on tape. When I was champion, I thought I was the best in the world. But I lost. It's hard to accept. After the fight, I felt like a spoiled child: “If I’m not the best in the world, I’m not happy.” But I admit that Beterbiev was better than me that night. This is boxing: I have to accept this result and move on,” Boxing Social quotes Smith as saying.
Let us remind you that on January 13 in Quebec, Canada, Beterbiev stopped Smith in the seventh round.
