Francis Ngannou, the MMA veteran, confidently anticipates a boxing rematch with Tyson Fury. In his professional boxing debut last October, Ngannou faced Fury and dropped him in the third round but ultimately lost by a split decision. Despite the defeat, Ngannou remained competitive throughout the ten rounds.

Looking forward, Ngannou has his sights set on another match in the boxing arena. "It's going to happen," Ngannou asserted on The MMA Hour when discussing the prospective rematch with Tyson Fury. He envisions this bout occurring within a year of their initial encounter.

As for his immediate future, Ngannou is set to face Anthony Joshua in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on March 8. This fight represents an important step for him while he anticipates the chance to once again share the ring with Fury.

Tyson Fury, currently holding the WBC world champion title, is preparing for a pivotal showdown against Oleksandr Usyk. They are slated to fight on February 17 in Riyadh for the WBO, IBF, IBO, and WBA titles which Usyk holds. Talk of a rematch between Fury and Usyk is already surfacing, potentially lining up a second fight by year-end subject to certain conditions.

Should all go according to plan for both fighters in their upcoming bouts, Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury aim to rekindle their competitive vigor in a second match expected by October. Fans eagerly anticipate whether the tides will turn in this next high-stakes boxing meeting.
