Famous agent claims: Golovkin has completed his career

Rick Glaser, a boxing agent and consultant, said that the former two-division world champion Gennady Golovkin ended his professional career.

“GGG hasn’t fought since losing to Canelo 16 months ago, has voluntarily given up all his world titles, turned down several lucrative offers, and turns 42 in April. It appears that GGG simply retired, but without an official announcement. He will leave a great legacy,” the functionary said.
