Former Bellator title challenger Michael Page expressed the opinion that promotions should start fining fighters who go beyond what is permitted during the promotion of their fights.

Fines need to be introduced. Then fighters will wonder if they shouldĀ use trash talk. It's like a yellow card in football. When it gets that personal, real trouble can happen, and that falls back on the UFC's shoulders,ā Page said on The MMA Hour.
