Pimblett backs Edwards: 'He'll knock out Covington'

Paddy Pimblett, UFC lightweight prospect, supported his compatriot Leon Edwards, who recently Colby Covington insulted with a phrase about his late father.

“I think he will remember his father during the battle. I think he will knock out Covington. I don’t believe Colby will last five rounds with Leon. I know that he has great cardio and that he is good at takedowns. I think Edwards will beat him for three rounds and then knock him out,” Pimblett said.

Let us remind you that the fight between Edwards and Covington will headline UFC 296.
